Shipping policy

All our shipments are made with United States Postal Service (USPS).

Business days are Monday to Friday.

Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days.

Turnaround usually takes 1 to 3 business days after proof approval + shipping time.

- FREE Stamps (No tracking number) ONLY AVAILABLE FOR LIBRARY ITEMS

-FREE Standard shipping (USPS Ground Advantage)

Typically Deliver in 2 to 5 business days.

-Expedited (Priority Mail) 

Typically Deliver in 1 to 3 business days.

-Priority Mail Express (Upon request)

Typically Deliver next-day to 2–day delivery service by 6 pm

Note that these are estimated times and the final shipping price will be displayed at checkout.

All our shipments include Tracking Number. (EXCEPT FOR LIBRARY ITEMS)

We will send you a printing proof (if requested) within 24hrs. It would be amazing to get your approval, but if we do not hear back on the next 3 days from the email proof, we will send your order to production without your approval.

Once the package is dropped off at the Post Office, we are not responsible for delays, damage or lost due to USPS. We always recommend to contact USPS if any inconvenience occur with the package to get accurate information, however our customer service will help you if you need it.

We only ship to the address used at checkout, please make sure you have entered the right address before placing your order. If we have to re print and re ship this will be at customer expense
